Staff and volunteers of the Teenline respect the privacy of our web site users.
We do not sell or share any e-mail addresses.
If you browse, read pages, or download information we collect the Internet
Protocol (IP) Address, domain name that was used, the pages that were accessed
and the time they were accessed. This information is not e-mail specific,
meaning your e-mail address is not identified in the above process. If you
decide to voluntarily communicate with us via e-mail, we collect the contents of
your e-mail message (including audio, video and graphics information) based on
the information you provided to us via the online form, along with your return
e-mail address. We use this information to respond to you directly, address the
issues you identify in your e-mail message, provide you with local resource
information and we may also use your information for statistical purposes ONLY.
If you supply us with your postal address online you are requesting that
Teenline Products be mailed to you. We do not share our mailing lists or your

If you e-mail the Teenline and request a response, you may be contacted via
telephone or e-mail by a Teenline volunteer. Our volunteers may make suggestions
or recommendations and may share their opinions. Our volunteers are not
registered chemical dependency counselors, mental health counselors or have any
training in the medical field. They are unable to advise individual medical
treatment advice or diagnosis. If individual medical or health care advice is
needed please consult a qualified health care provider. If emergency or crisis
